I provide psychotherapy for a multitude of mental health issues, including, but not limited to:
Anxiety and Stress Management
Behavioral Issues
Life Transitions
Relationship Issues (romantic, family, peer or work)
Grief, Loss and Bereavement
Social Identity Concerns
Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Although not everyone fits into one of these categories, through therapy I will help you navigate any and all challenges that come your way.
The Details
Free Consultation:
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to prospective clients to help ensure we are a good fit.
Telehealth Services:
Telehealth allows you to meet with me conveniently via computer or phone. This service makes it easy to continue your mental health journey from wherever you are, whether that is at home, work, or another location.
Nature Based Therapy:
When we step outside, there is restorative energy that nature provides. Be it a park bench or a walk, nature may help with mindful grounding and can naturally suppress sympathetic nervous activity while boosting parasympathetic activation, effectively calming a dysregulated nervous system.
Clinical Supervision:
I am accredited in both Washington and Hawaii to provide clinical supervision to other therapists who are working on their licensure.
My approach combines deep, profound psychotherapeutic theory with a healthy dose of cheerfulness, warmth, and a genuine passion for helping people grow and thrive. I help them navigate complex clinical dynamics like trauma, PTSD, and grief, while also mentoring them on the practical ins and outs of starting, running, and diversifying a sustainable practice they truly love.

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
